Is it too Dark?

Okay, guys, this only happens once every four years. And a great chance to get rid of that stinger that has been making me urine on my pants.

Right.

Vote, guys. Vote.

Anyway, talking about Halloween; Trick-Or-Treat. Reminded me about nasty little kids who are into PUNK'in innocent people.

I remember there was one time, when I was still a young tender sweet soft-hearted boy, I stumped into someone's evil plot. Well, let's say it was a group of evil little kids.

It took place at this Chinese school that I went to during High School years. Due to school construction, the school had to rent empty rooms at a business building for the weekend. For all of us, it was refreshing. Nice clean carpet on the floor, functional air conditioner, and high-quality desks. (No Boogers under the seats! Yay!!) The students were very excited that day. Including myself.

After the first morning session, we were sent free to get whatever we want for lunch. (Taco Bell anyone?) Since I wasn't hungry, I've decided to check out the building.

A group of younger students ran passed me in the hallway.

They were giggling.

Two more kids, were running toward me from the end of the hallway.

They were giggling too.

I got very curious, so I proceed to check out what was there.

MEN'S ROOM

So the restroom is located at the end of this hallway. There were some voices coming out from the men's room.

I opened the door, and only found that the room was filled with darkness.

Someone had turned off the restroom light.

"Bastards!!! A$$holes!!!!!"

A man's voice came from corner.

I turned on the light and saw two legs underneath the stall door. There were some newspapers sitting next to his feet.

So that was why the kids were giggling. They turned off the lights in the restroom while the man was reading the papers.

I asked... "Uh, is everything okay?"

The man yelled: "*&(#$&!(*)$&*(#&$*(!#$&(#*$&*($&(@)#!!!!!!!!"

"Excuse me? I didn't do anything."

"You son of a B*TCh. Damn F**Ker!!"

I ignored the man. I went to the urinal, did my business, and then washed my hands at the sink.

I then dried my hands with the paper towels and made sure they were properly tossed into the waste basket.

The man behind the stall, filled with fire, continued with his curses.

Nasty remarks echo from wall to wall.

Let out a little sigh, I walked out of the bathroom.

Then, for some reason, as if I was being controlled by an unknown force; I re-entered the bathroom.

"Sorry. I forgot to turn off the light."

I flipped the switch, shut off the light and closed the door.

It felt so good when I heard "What the HELL!!" from the other side of the door.

The Box

I got the package that Pero sent via FedEx. The box that I stored at his house during my second trip back to California after I moved to New York.

The Box filled with magical things. It's the same box that freaked my parents out during my first year in New York.

I can still recall our cell-phone conversation...

"Wayne! How come you have women's clothes in your room?!"

"What are you talking about?"

"The box in your closet!"

"Oh, Uh, those belong to Chako."

This totally ruined my mood for the night. No matter how hard Janet danced on stage, I just couldn't get my mood to enjoy the concert.

Couple months after, I went back to California, and took the box down to San Diego, and ask Pero to hide it for me.

This year, before the leg accident, friends and I planned to dress up for Halloween.
In DRAG of course. So, I asked Pero to send me the box where I stock my past dress-up gadgets. One thing, is that my friends could use some of the make-ups (I got them from 99 cents store) so they don't have to spent more money. The other, is that I needed the black boots in order to be ANY thing.

Why the black boots, you wonder. Well, I'm a hairy guy. And I have no desire of shaving my masculine legs. The tall boots will definitely cover a good portion of my legs.

Sitting here at my desk (yeah, the box is here at WORK), I did my inventory check of all the items in there.

Just right after I pull out the first layer of covering, sparks of glitters burst out.

Glitters.

Right, I forgot that I had use a lot of glitter gels in the past, when I did the Halloween dress-ups. (I thought that they would cover up my hairy arms)

The bag with wigs showed up first. I had three wigs. Black, Brown and Curl Blonde. The brown one was the $6.00 cheap toy wigs that I got at a drug store. It was the first wig I ever wore, and I used it to dress up as Lara Croft on Halloween 1998. Then, the Blonde Wig was the one I used for Mariah Scary (Halloween 1999). The black one, well, I got it for a discounted price. I used it for my Jennifer Ass performance back in 2000(UCSD Drag Show).

I couldn't believe it has been that long.

I reached for the silver shimmering fabric that was once a skin-tight Mini-Skirt around my thigh. I couldn't believe how skinny I was back then. Now this little skirt can barely wrap its way around my left thigh.

I folded it along with the bra-top and place them in separate bag.

Then I reached for the thin, almost sheer pink lace bra. Back then, it took me two days, to finally found what I needed to complete the Mariah look. (I got it from a Salvation Army store. It was originally a sexy-sleep wear, but I cut the bottom half off) . Funny how this tiny fragile-looking thing was able to hold two water balloons.

Under it, was a pair of black dress-gloves that I bought at a 2nd-hand clothing store. (It is the one that goes all the way up to your elbow. I got it after I found out the glitters couldn't hide my thick dark-rooted manly arm fur)

I flipped though the box, and found more familiar items. Packets of sample size foundations, a wig-net, two toy guns, pink tank-top, glitter hair-sprays, black pantyhose, butterfly hair clips and a vinyl mini-skirt.

Damn, I was a flaming screaming Queen!

On the bottom of the box, were the boots. And next to them, sat a green box.

My Make-up kit. That's right. I *have* a make-up kit.

The first thing that greeted me after I open the lid was...

Elvira Glitter Make-up Gel.

Oh Gawd.

I threw it away. (All Dried UP. Of course. It's 4 years old!!)

Then I found two bottles of 99 cents liquid foundations, lots of hair clips, blue and red blush, dreamy baby-blue eye shadows, silver nail polish, sample-size lip sticks of various shades, cheap a$$ bracelets, and more butterfly clips.

I must have been incredibly gay.

And I planned to buy red eye shadows too. So I could dress up as Red-Hot Mama Britney from her Toxic video this year.

But fate took an interest turn on me. I ended up with a blue cast on my foot. And I've decided not to join my friends in dressing up for Halloween. (I couldn't bare watching the two legged them marching down the parade with a bunch of faries... While I drag my poor self down the street)

I hope next year, some new Pop Princess will release a slutty music video wearing black tights. So I can put the man-tights that I ordered to use.

After I pack all the stuff in plastic bags, I threw all of them in the box and shovel it under my desk.

I guess I'll have to take a bag a day home.

In which He sat there for a long time

Gosh, the title of this entry sounds like one of his creations. But anyway... I have been feeling rather spaced-out lately. Been some what more devoted to my job... (near the end of the year, lots of things to do!) Whenever I removed my focus my attention away from the computer, I spaced-out.

Couldn't speak with proper grammar.
Couldn't stop mumbling.
Couldn’t stop forgetting what I was going to say next.

Okay, so I blame my crutches. I used a lot of energy when I walk with my crutches. Usually, at the beginning of the week, I'd be perfectly fine. But my energy didn't have the chance to recover to face the next day. (What? Why did I go to bed early? Well, it is impossible for me to remain calm and settle when Paw shows up - Oh, I'll blog about it later)

But heck yeah, I haven't had much brain juice to focus on blogging... And reading your blog as well. So, I've got lots to catch up.

Yesterday, as I was on the train back home, I saw a gentleman (Oh baby, what a fine piece of New York Steak with Black Pepper Sauce he was!) sitting across my seat. From the reflection of the window, I saw his face, motionless... Starring at whatever was in front of him.

He was probably spaced-out.
Rather, blanked-out.
Perhaps, was thinking about something?

His navy-blue eyes, pierced through my chest, and increased the pumps of my heart. Feeling the extra blood flow in my body, I quickly felt a need to cover my crotch area with my coat. I just couldn't allow any other passengers to see my sudden rise of the harden treasure. His broad shoulder and his clean shaved masculine chin, gave him the rough edge look. He has that angelic face that made my soul melt like butter. Yet, below that deep sea of softness, he has a body of Ares. The God of War. His muscular arm would send me to ecstasy as he wrapped it around my waist, as we ride toward the Sunset in his mighty golden chariot.
Wait, what the fu*k am I talking about? (Oh yeah, I'm half-way though The Forest Lord!)

*AHEM*

Anyway, I saw the man sitting there, lost in his little world. Thus reminded me of someone that I saw during my College year.

1999, I believe, was the year that I saw him at the mall (University Town Center). I went to UTC because I was bored. I was freaken bored. So I took my sweet time at the mall, did a lot of eye-shopping in and out of the stores... Then finally, I went and got myself something to suck on.

I sat at a table that faces the most crowded section of the mall.

People watching.

Then, someone caught my erection attention. He was wearing a very clean, white, and wrinkle-free Navy uniform. The crew cut and badges furthered proved that he wasn't celebrating Halloween early.
Sitting, and his back leaned against the chair; he sat there with both of his feet planted on the ground.

Fresh cut red roses wrapped in light-green sheer plastic lay across where his hands rest.

He was waiting for someone. Perhaps, a date.

I took a quick glance at him. His face was motion-less. His blue eyes, however, were moving around, scanning the people walking in front of him.

Not even a crack of smile, I noticed. He must have been waited for a long time.

On such a lovely sunny Saturday, the mall was filled with joy and laugher. But out at the Food Court patio, quietness surrounded the Navy man.

There was certain awkwardness around him.

As if, no one sat near him. (Including myself. I sat 26 feet away from him)

He waited and waited. And I ate and ate.

Even after I finish eating, he was still sitting alone with the roses.

Such a handsome gentleman, who would have the heart to let him wait? I thought.

And those roses look expensive!

So, I went bought some Gummi Peach Rings from the Sweet Factory, and sat at another chair, and waited with him.

Still, the girl didn't show up.

I continued to chew on the Gummy Rings, until the bag ran out. I looked up to see the Navy Man.

He looked disappointed. But his eyes were still scanning the people walking in the mall.

She flaked out on him? Is this a blind date?

I looked at my watch, and realized that I have been sitting at the food court for more than 40 minutes.

Did he met her online? Is she embarrassed to approach him because he's wearing his uniform?

I stood up, picked up my food tray and the trash, and dumped them into the trash. Just as I begin to walk toward the GAP store, I took another glance at the Navy Man.
He seemed so lonely.

What kind of a girl would let such fine stud down like this?

A man with patience is very difficult to find. Even I, 40 minutes seemed to be the maximum 'waiting time' for a date.

I let out a sigh, then walked away.

(Sometimes, I still wonder what became of the Navy Man and his roses.)

Then Came the Giggle

Holding each other's arm, a man stepped into the Long Island Rail Road train with his date. Long Curly hair and crystal sapphire eyes, she looked at the man with a grin on her face.

They walked down toward the end of the cabin, sat on the double seat. She leaned her back against the window, one of her legs rested on the man's lap. He wrapped one of his arms around her waist, so whenever he felt the need to peck her, he would pull her close.

Being in her mid-30's, her curvy full-bloom body really displayed a great amount of sexiness underneath the red tropical-printed dress. The V-neck top held her cleavage at the right place. Whenever she moved forward, they would rub against the man's arm.

Exactly what she intended to do.

She giggled. He laughed. Then she cupped his face with her hands. He looked at her shimmer deep violet lips... He knew they were ready to be licked. She reached up and wrapped her arms around his neck. With her nails that resemble strips of red hot peppers, she scratched him softly on the back of his neck.... Leaving pink trail of some kink.

He moaned softly.

Her face was flushed with the combination of alcohol and passion. She teased him a light peck on the lips. Then, grabbing her with both of his arms, he pulled her close and turned the light kiss into a game of tongue wrestling.

Another couple, younger by a few years, sat in the seat in front of them. And noticeably, they were uncomfortable with the giggling sound coming from behind. Perhaps, they have heard more than just the giggle. The young woman, stood up, holding her boyfriend's hand, and moved to another cabin.

The lustful couple paid no attention to the two. They continued their deep lip-lock while exploring each other's body with their hands. Her hand reached into the man's shirt... As he traced his hand from her ankle to her inner thigh. Then she let out a gentle sigh... Her body trembled as she lifted her hip up and spread her legs wider apart. He, one hand behind her waist, and the other buried inside of the floral skirt, focused his eyes on the woman's expression.

As if he was tuning a radio, he twisted, turned, and thrust his finger at the button to get the best reception.

The woman in red let out another moan. The sound of passion.

The man sat up and moved in between her legs. His right arm had moved from her waist to her back. Without moving his tuning hand, he lowers his face into the woman's neck. Lust has taken over his mind. The joy he brought to the woman had made him very excited.

His arm started to move more aggressively in her skirt.

Then all of the sudden, she pressed her hand down on the man's arm. STOP, she signaled.

The motion inside of her skirt stopped.

She leaned her head back, and let out a sigh.

Then she sat up, straight on her chair. He adjusted his position, with his back against the seat. In the moment of silence, she let him held her hand as she drifted deeply to sleep. He, on the other hand, had his eyes focused on her chest, until he too, felt tired. Eventually, he closed his eyes and calls the sleep upon him.

Diagonally behind the two sleeping couple, sat a blushing Asian Blogger; He saw everything from the reflection on the glass window.

"I've got to blog about this!" He reminded himself, before him too; fell asleep on the handicap seat.

Me & My leg VI: Sprinkles

I had a very decent, nice dinner at the Olive Garden last night. I have to say, that I really like their salads. (Free, when you order Entree) It's even better than the Entree itself. (I'm a salad freak)

There was one tiny scenario that happened before we finished dinner.

After the waiter took our orders, I felt the need to use the restroom.

"Going to the restroom. I'll be back."

"Okay." said the Female Love Bird.

I crutched my way to the restroom. Opened the door, and dashed in like a champ.

I had to pee really badly. (I had been holding it at the beginning of the train ride from work.)

But someone already took the Queen-size Handicap stall. (No. I'm not going to use the urinals with my crutches.) So, I turned over to use the 'regular' size stall.

And sheesh, it was tight in side. With my arms hanging on the crutches, made it even harder to stand in front of the toilet without brushing my knees against the seat cover. (Yuck!)

Since I can stand on my feet already, I put the crutches together and placed it behind me. I lowered my cargo pants (and the boxer - Yep. I felt like a boxer boy that day), and bend my knees a bit... And...

SPLAT

SPLAT SPLAT

SPLAT SHuuuuuuUUUUUuuUSUUUuuuUSUUuuuuSUUUhhhhhhhhhh...

Perhaps, I have held it for too long, during the first SPLAT; instead of a steady stream of 'Golden Rain' ... It was like a burst of water balloon. The 'Golden Rain' spewed all over the place. The second and third SPLAT were not as powerful, but enough to wet my own pants. The last SPLAT was short, and it became a nice stream of wetness into the toilet bowl.

After the de-toxic process ended, I wiped the toilet seat cover clean with paper towels... And flushed all the evidence down into the drain. As I was tucking my shirt into my pants, I noticed the wet-spot was too big to convince people it was water from the sink. So, instead of tucking my shirt into my pants, I let it out. The shirt done a great job in covering all the wet-spots around my crotch area as I crutched my way out of the bathroom.

Like nothing ever happened.

***********************
So, Ladies and Gentlemen, think twice before you start to pull your partner's pants down. You've got to think about where it has been, and how many times it has been washed.
***********************

Oh yeah, and for some reason, I came across this link.... Hrmm.... And I was like...WhahLah! ALSO! I got The Forest Lord in the mail!! Oh My! I'm so excited!! I couldn't take my eyes off the cover!!!

whose line is it?

Let's just say, I have been very un-lucky since the beginning of September. When the nasty flu first took over my fragile body. Then, the broken ankle. Follow by that, I have slipped over the metro card, argued with rude people over parking spot, silk tie jammed up in the zipper... spill juice all over wooden floor... And most recently, the encounter with rude stranger.

This took place on Sunday, where the Female Love Bird and I went to Flushing Mall. I sat down at one of the empty tables at the Food Court, while the sis went to grab food.

All of the sudden, an unidentified Asian man, with news paper in his hand, sat down next to me. Without turning his head, he proceeds to read his paper.

My eye brows rose as I look at the back of his head.

What the heck is he sitting here for?
Didn't he see me?
This is a table for two. Me and my sister, damn it.
Excuse me? What are you doing here?

Thoughts went back and forth in my head, as I glared at him.

But, for some reason, words wouldn't come out of my mouth.

I eyed the Female Love Bird as she walked toward the table carrying the food tray.

She looked at me.

I looked back.

Then I looked over to the stranger man.

She looked at the stranger man and looked back at me.

Slowly, she places the tray on the table.

The man didn't move. He was still reading the paper.

"Excuse me." she said.

"We are expecting our friends to join us later. Would you mind moving to another table?"

He man looked up, he paused a bit, then grabbed his stuff and moved to another table.

The Female Love Bird sat down, and said..."Some people are so weird these days."

I looked at her..."Strange. I didn't know how to react to it earlier."

"Maybe you look weak, being a handicapped."

"I dunno..."

But the thing is, I could have said the same thing she said. But at that moment, I almost seemed to be intimidated by the stranger. I could have whacked the man with my Fendi bag and tell him to F**K off. But I didn't. I couldn't.

Similar thing happened when I broke my wrist few years back. During the month of recovery, I didn't talk much. I actually avoided interacting with other students unless I had to.

I seemed to have lost the confident that I once had. The B*tch in me seemed to have wondered off to the local Sephoria. Could my disadvantage cause this? Is it just me? Or I'm just a passive person? How come Lindsey Lohan's boobs are all over the place?
Wayne

Okay. I admit it. I was bored, so I looked up my name on UrbanDictionary.com and found the following entry:

a name that can be inserted into any song, film title or television programme. in fact anything and it makes it funny

New Found Power

Baby Homer wrote about an entry about being a follower during the process of growing up as a child. Thus, reminded myself, that I was the world's biggest submissive (Submissive, heh) follower ever in my elementary school years.

I've always seemed to be attached to a particular classmate, and become really close. Then next year, a new class, a new close friend.

This was before I moved to the United States. I went to a private school with my sister, in the city of Taipei. And yes, since it was a private school, all the kids were required to dress in uniform. Every morning, we would attend the morning session, where class by class, the students lined up at the main court listening to the Principle's words of wisdom. After it's done, the teacher would lead the students as we marched like a bunch of little Nazi's back to our class room.

Instead of students going to another class for Math and Science, we would have the instructor came to our "main" classroom to teach us the craft. (For Music, Art, and Computer, we have to move our a$$ and go to the class room) So, basically, I was surrounded by the same faces every day at school for the entire year. And usually, I became a good friend to who ever sat next to me.

Forth grade was a bad year for. I don't even, remember what I learn in the class. I became a really close friend who sat next to me. Let's call him Bottle. Bottle is slightly taller and bigger than me. I couldn't say that he was a brain child, but we were both equally un-popular in the class.

I was so attached to him, that I follow him every where. We hang out together at recess, we help each other out with homework, sat together during lunch time. You must thought that we were "GOOD" friends.... Well, apparently, he was the biggest dick in class. If he asked me to let him copy my Social Science homework, and I refused... He would threaten me with "I will not be friends with you anymore." Fear took control of my body, and I would dig out my homework instantly and handed it to him like an offering to a King.

I also bought lunch for him while he sat at the bench. Waiting.
I let him borrow my pencils during exams, because he usually forgets them.

I was a faithful dog. I see him as a role model.

At the end of the year, my class rank was #34, and him #37. (There are a total of 40 students in the class) My grades were horrible. Even my mom didn't know what happened with me. (See, people who you hang out with *DO* influence your life style) And the weird thing was, I didn't even care if I was doing bad in class. I didn't even know what I've done during the entire year.

During the last week before the school was over, Bottle noticed the musical watch my Dad bought me during his business trip. (It was a little yellow penguin watch, and if you lift up the little lid, it will play 8 different kinds of tunes)

He wanted it.

I refused.

He asked if he could borrow it.

I refused.

Then he looked at me coldly.

"Well, I'm not going to be friends with you anymore!"

I look at him in the eyes. Opened my lips, and said slowly...

"K...H...A..N......N...I...M...A...." ("F**K Your Mother" in Mandarin)

Note: "Khan Ni Ma" was a popular cuss word that was used all over the city. That was the first time, I cussed at someone.

******************After Thought************************
Did I ever mention that I was Female Love Bird's house servant until I reached the age of 10? I obey her as if she's a Goddess. I bring her slippers to her whenever she needs them. I pour her cups of juices upon request, and I would run around following her like a dog. Then, one day, I asked myself..."Wait, why am I doing all this?" - I finally broke free from the dumb-F**Ker spell, and became my own master. (And why did it take me 10 years to realize that I was so stupid?)

The word "Naive" isn't quite the word that describes my childhood.

That Yellow Penguin Watch empowered me with confident. I had learned that, friendship is not about pleasing the other. I didn't have to hang onto and sacrifice myself to maintain a one-way-street friendship.

It takes two to tango. It applies to relationship, as friendships too. (Unless it's an Orgy we are talking about. Then it will take 5+ to get the party started)

Me and My Leg V: The Water Nymph

When I first announced the news about my foot to my friends, Other than "How did it happen?" - the other question they asked, was "How do you take showers?"

Well, the answer is... "No. I don't take showers."

Bath, is the solution for someone like me.

Sponge-bath myself with the sink is just not my style. I mean, at this time of the year, its freaking cold sitting on the toilet naked.

Being a bath lover since birth, I have all kinds of products that I can add to the bath water. Heck, I even made my own mix of bath salt. Every time, after I took a bath, I felt like a nymph. Surrounded by bubbles and gayest floral scent... I was the Queen of my own Queendom.

However, due to the fact that I cannot use my right foot for support, I decided not to use any soapy products that will make my blue-foot bath time a living hella.
I used simple Epsom Salt instead. (Epsom salt helps to increase the blood circulation in your body.)

I would sit on the toilet first, and take off my clothes.

I'd also put my towel on top of the toilet tank cover.

Getting into the bathtub can be quite tricky. Since I couldn't apply any weight on my right foot, I'd had to rely on my crutch, and THAT bar on top of the tub.

I would grab onto the bar with my right arm, and hold onto the crutch with my left. Applying forces on both side, I'd lift myself up.

It wasn't easy as it seemed. It requires a great deal of balance.

Once my left foot is in the tub, I'd grab onto the top bar with my right hand. To avoid falling, I'd lead my head against the wall for support... And at the same time, I placed the crutch against the wall out side of the tub for later use.

I'd usually started out with lukewarm water, so I won't burn my good leg.

Slowly, I move my body around, facing the wall. Then, applying my body weight on my left foot... I'd lower myself into the rose scented bath water. (Oh, ha-ha, I forgot to mention, I mixed the salt with rose essence oil.)

After a brief break, then I would start my usual "cleaning" process with my ivory color sponge.

First, I'd sit up straight by placing my elbows at the edge of the bathtub. By applying more pressure on them, I managed to keep my upper body up and lifted.

Then I would scrub my good leg...then arms...and chest...the neck area....

After those areas have been nicely scrubbed... (Oh yeah, I'm currently using The Body Shop's Oh-See-Anus Soap-Free shower gel) I would semi-lift myself up again... Use my left leg for support...and scrub other areas.

Back sitting down in the tub, I spread my left leg to the other side of the tub, so it kept my centered and balanced. That's where I use my free hands to shampoo my hair. (Product of the Day: Nioxin Shampoos and Conditioner, for thinning hair...)

To rinse off the soapy, I then held my breath, and lay my body down into the tub.
(Uh, no. Don't open your eyes.) The easiest way to do it is to lift my blue-foot. With its weight, it totally pushed my body down underneath the water.

Followed by the truly relaxing moment, of letting myself relax and feel the warmth of the water entering my body.

But never soak in bath water for more than 30 minutes. (Usually 20 is maximum) Because the bath water (with all kinds of chemicals) can really damage the surface of our skin.

I started to drain the water by pulling the tub-plug. Then, I'd reach for the towel that I placed on top of the toilet.

Always, wipe the face dry first. Because if any of the water gets into the eyes, I would loose my concentration, which could result in me falling back into the tub.

Then I would wipe my right leg dry... To make sure that after I stood up (with the left leg) - no water will flow into my cast.

Getting out of the tub is trickier than going in. To support my body weight, I would extend my good leg out first, and then with both of my arms... I would grab onto the side...and slowly raise myself up... and out.

Once I was half-way up, I would lay my head on one of the crutches, as I grab the towel and lay it nicely on top of the toilet seat...

At all time, kept my blue foot dry.

Then I would dry myself while sitting on top of the toilet seat naked.

Before putting on any clothes, I would use hand soap and the water from the sink, to wash the toes that were not covered by the cast.

I may not be the most graceful Water Nymph, but at least my a$$ is clean.

Me and My Leg IV: Books

During the week when I took days off work, I spent a great deal of time sitting in my bed, reading books. The medication made me feel lazy. I didn't want to move my leg at all. So, staying in bed was the best solution... (I did get up to pee though)

Me, reading a book, that’s very rare. Since I was never born as a book worm, and never had the patience to read a book from the beginning - to the end. But I do have a bat habit... I tend to buy books with pretty covers.

Finally, I had time to read though some books that have been sitting on my book shelf collecting dust... And it was a total treat. I've always been a fan of Piers Anthony and his Xanth series. Its strange how I first was introduced to his books though a computer game. (Yep. I'm a computer game geek!) --- So I finished reading Harpy Thyme and Geis of the Gargoyle.

I must have forgotten how wonderful it is, to have my nose totally stuck in the book, and let my imagination paint the book in my head. After finishing a book, the feeling was great. It felt like that I've completed watching an entire season DVD collection of a TV show

I fell in love with the books again.

So I ordered this book online:

After I ordered it, half.com displayed all other books of the similar genre that may catch my interests. Then I saw a bunch of book covers featuring Fabio-que top-less men holding various pretty women.

Okay, so it's a FANTASY ROMANCE Novel. (Eeeek, I've never read anything like that)

And I bought it because I like the cover. (I mean, how can you not look at how dazzling handsome that Forest Lord is?!)

Gosh, I'm helpless...

I'm not sure if I will read it... But having it near my book shelf (next to my pillow), would definitely help me sleep better.

(Wait, Romance novel, so, there will be plenty of sex scenes, right? Okay, I'm going to read it then!!! Wait, isn't Forest Lord some kind of Forest Spirit? Does that mean, it'd would be like having sex with The Green Giant?!)

Oh, oh yeah, I'm suppose to talk about my foot. Uh, yeah, I can walk with 1 crutch now. But very slow...

Me and My Leg 3: Offering

A gentleman around his late 30's offered his seat soon after I entered the [2] train this morning. Around him, sat many other people in their work attire. They all saw me, but remained motionless. They simply looked away.

"Thank you, very much!"

Heartless, damn it. Heartless! I cursed inside my head as I sat down. (It wasn't even the disability seat... The real disability seats were taken by cold blooded morons)

Among 30+ people in the train, only ONE person *really* noticed MY disability.

The irony is, there were posters all over the place with "STAND UP, for people with disability" written all over the place.

Thus, reminded me yesterday's encounter with a woman, who offered me her seat...

The female love bird and I were heading to the Brooklyn LIRR station... So, we took the south-bound [3] train. The train was packed with people, like always, especially during the rush hour.

I hoped. I hoped. And I hopped more.

I was able to grab onto the pole, and lead my body against it. Right under my arms, sat a woman in her light-brown jacket and black pants. I stood on one foot, saw her took a quick glance at me. I glanced back. She turned her head forward, and looked as if she was having a 'deep-thought' moment. (Or blank-out, whatever you call it)

At the 4th stop, she suddenly stood up and looks at me.

"Oh, do you need to sit down? Please, have a seat."

"No thank you. I'm getting off at the next stop." I replied.

"Alright."

Then she walked out of the train with her healthy legs.

WHAT A B*TCH. Came up to my mind instantly. (I guess I was cranky that afternoon)

If she really wanted to offer the seat to me out of her own kindness toward the people with crutches, she would have offered the seat when I first stepped on the cart. And when she didn't need the seat anymore, she offered the seat like an act of kindness.

Compare her to the people who didn't give a damn about my leg though out the entire ride, she was worst. I don't need anyone to warm up the seat before offering it to me. I have my own warm ass, thank you. I rather see her stood up, and walked out at her stop without saying anything.

It felt like... You received a Birthday present sent from your grandma, and after you opened up the wrapper, you found a broken toy robot that was once own by your cousin.

I may look like a second-handed whore, but I'm a harlot with the heart of Gold. Damn it!

Me and My Leg 2: Focus!

One thing about crutches, is that they are more difficult to use than what I expected.

On TV, I've seen so many great actors walking across the town with ease, with the crutches. I mean, they are not bad at first, but after 15 minutes of intense crutching... The pain really digs deep into the arms. Perhaps, it is that I'm very out of shape, that I couldn't support my own body weight with the crutches.
Plus the weight I gained during my first week of injury (eating, sitting, sleeping, doing nothing), I am not having the time of my life with the crutches.

The first day was okay. With the energy that I stored for a week really kicked it. But within less than 1 mile of traveling from home to the local bank... I burnt all of it. Then the pain started to build up... Even after a good night of sleep, my arms would be sore as hella... It seemed that my energy couldn't recover in time to face the next day. Every morning, crutching to the train station, I would end up covered in sweat. After work, crutching to the train station, I ended up panting like a dog.

Another important thing about using crutches, is that I have to make sure the crutch-head landed on a flat-surface, hole-less area before swinging my body forward.
Therefore, I have to keep my sights on the ground at all time.

My left eye would focus on my left-crutch, and my right would focus on the right.

Anyway, I went to see my Lawyer yesterday during lunch time. My sister came with me as well. We had to walk several blocks to get to the [4] & [5] subway station. (That means, up the hill, down the hill, through the construction areas, though the endless sea of rude people...) By the time we reached the site of the accident (where I broke my ankle), I was one tired sweaty beaver.

But everything went smoothly. The female love bird called the lawyer, he came, and took some pictures. Later, I filled out some forms up stairs (yeah, I climbed up) and had a good talk with him... And that was it.

Then it was time for us to get back.

And my arms were burning.

After I climbed down the stairs, I was really, pissed at the entire incident. I was tired, and still had to rush back to work.

The female love bird ranged the service door.

The lady in the token booth looked at me for a bit, then signaled the female love bird that the door had been opened.

Summoned up my energy, I walked though it.

I guess I was too busy complaining to myself about my leg... I wasn't looking on the ground.... And didn't realize my left-crutch head landed on top of a used Metro Card.

Within a split second, I felt my left arm leaned forward and my left foot back. The crutches went flying as my body collapsed on the dirty tile floor.

I'd probably made a loud noise. The female love bird turned around and saw me on the ground. She rushed toward me.

"Are you okay?" She asked.

I couldn't talk at that moment. There was a sharp pain striking within my already-broken ankle.

I hope I didn't make it worst, I thought.

Moaning in pain, I tried to lift myself up.

"Here, let me help!" She said.

After I lifted my chest off the ground, I told her...."Wait...Hold on."

There was too much pain. I wanted to wait until my blue foot was more stabilized before making any more movements.

At the same time, 2 people came over and asked if I was okay.

"I'm okay. I'm okay." I mumbled.

Slowly, pulling on the metal door, I lifted myself up.

"No rush. Take it slow. Wait until you are ready." The female love bird said.

Then one of the guys said too a step closer to me. With a big smile on his face, he said...

I wanted to shovel my crutch up his a$$.

Me and My Leg 1: Nice People

One thing about walking on crutches on the street of New York is that it makes absolutely no difference if I had never broke my ankle.

People still go pass you and squeeze you out of his or her way during the rush hour. They would look at you, and pretend that the crutches were invisible.

They don't give a damn.

And I don't give a sh*t. (That's right, with all those pain killers I have been taken, I hardly use the toilet... Now that I stopped taking them, everything flows out smoothly)

This morning, the female love bird and I hopped onto the Train (LIRR). It was packed. I turned my head and look at the section specially dedicated for People with disability (It's a new train, so, there are rooms to fit 5 wheel chairs with fold chairs). Two young women, in their mid 20's scanned me at the corner of their eyes, and then resumed their conversation. A man, in his late 30's, raised his head, saw me, and return to read his newspaper. An Asian lady, sitting at the end of the folding chair, looked straight forward, as if; she was busy meditation with open eyes.
Just before I was about to lean my body against the side of the door, and OLD lady stood up from her chair (also part of the Disability section) and offered her seat.

"Here, have a seat."

She was carrying a lot of bags and books in her hand. It seems she needed the seat more than me.

"No, it is okay. I'm alright." I replied.

"Please. Take the seat. This seat is designated for people like you. Please sit down."

The female love bird whispered from behind..."Wayne, just take it. She already stood up... Don't make her wait."

I smiled at the old lady, and told her how grateful I was.

She smiled back, and then squeezed herself between the two talking chicks and the Asian lady.

I was upset that some people are so inconsiderate. And the least expected person would beam me with the light of kindness.

***

At the subway station, SQUEEZING though the people, the female love bird and I managed to get onto the [2] train. I stepped in and saw a bunch of eyes looking at my direction. They were looking at me, but none of the moved. Right at the moment I grabbed onto the pole at the center of the cabin. A man, probably around 28 years old (5'11, around 150lbs, very lean body. Hazel eyes, shoulder length dark brown hair, got some stash, in blue jeans and checker shirt... A dark blue sport jacket covered his shoulders and a big backpack in his hand; I won't say he's a super model type of guy, but good enough to get some smooches from me.), stood up and nodded at me.

"Here"

"Thank you, thank you very much." I said.

I sat down.

The female love bird stood near me.

After a few more stops, the seat next to me became available. The 28 years old man extended his arm and signaled my sister that she could take the seat.

She smiled..."No thank you. I'm fine."

He nodded and then sat down next to me. (Oh baby)

The female love bird said to me in Mandarin... "That guy is pretty nice. That's so rare."

"There are still some butterflies among the roaches." I said.

"What the heck are you talking about?"

"Never mind."

Chicken Pilgrim

I was reading the Acting Horror Stories posted by numerous actors all over the states, and found this particular entry quite lovely. It put a smile on my face. So, I'd thought I share :)

This is "Chicken Pilgrim" posted by Jo Moskow from Boston:

I was being hip pocketed by a small commercial agency. It was my first commercial audition for a national chain of chicken restaurants. My agent was pressed for time and was fiercely adamant the call was for a “real pilgrim,” so much so that when I tried to ask for a few specifics he snapped, “Look it up on the Internet!” which I didn't need to do cause I grew up in New England where grade school field trip is synonymous with ye olde Plimouth Plantation.

I decked myself out in a floor length scratchy gray skirt and an even scratchier high collared wool gray jacket that covered me completely, (Wouldn't want to be mistaken for a witch!) modest Canadian post women shoes I'd found at a thrift store, and black tights. I pulled my hair back in a plain and uglifying parted in the middle pony tail and covered my face with the palest powder and cover up I could find. I wanted that mid-February corpse look. (All those long gray winters shut up in a muddy cottage stirring bone soup) I completed the look with a crisp white dish towel on my head, folded like a handkerchief.

I was hot. This was southern California and it had to be at least 70 degrees and climbing by mid morning. I scrambled downstairs where my roommate was cooking up a late morning breakfast.
“ Whoa! Where are YOU going? Are you ok?” he asked. “You look awfully pale.”
He came around to feel my head.
“ No silly, I'm a pilgrim! Remember the Mayflower?!” God those California public schools just don't measure up I thought to myself.

I told him about the audition. He was thrilled. He was an experienced actor, had even had a lil speaking part in a Woody Allen film. He was so proud and happy for me that I got him to microwave me a baked potato to bring along in the car for sense memory purposes. The pilgrims used to carry baked potatoes to school for oldentimes hand warmers that doubled as lunch.

After having parked the car I got in character and figured out how to feed the alien-like parking meter without getting my hand bit off.

I walked primly toward the very fine young man behind the reception desk in my floor length burlap.
“ I'm here for the audition?” I asked/said.
“ What audition is that?” He asked
“ The commercial? For the chicken restaurant?”
" Uh, yeah, this is the right place. Sign in please."

He handed me a clip board. I signed in and stood back, mutely surveying the competition with a side ways glance. Everywhere I looked the room reeled with West Hollywood's finest and tannest girls ever. From where I stood they all seemed to be wearing the exact same thing-skin tight jeans, tiny little tank tops and 3” heels. These pilgrims chattered away wildly on their cell phones, flipped their hair, compared belly piercings and tattoos, always glancing around to see who might be watching. I, in turn, shrouded in my own pool of sweaty puritanical darkness, felt my pancake makeup melting off as a dizzy world of shame overcame me in an attempt to help me disappear.

“Could you sit DOWN, PUHLEEZ” yelled the hot guy behind the reception desk like he hadn't said it for the first time. Everyone was looking at ME. I leaned over to him and tried to move my dumbstruck mouth enough to whisper, “uh, I thought this was a call for a pilgrim…..”
“ Pilgrim?” he said out loud. Dead silence. “I don't know what you are talking about.” He said.

Fat A$$

Memory from 5th Grade:

Girl 1: "Who is that Fat A$$?"

Girl 2: "Oh, that's one."

Girl 1: "Damn. Look at the Fat A$$."

Girl 2: "Yeah."

Wayne turns around, and said: "It's not my butt. It's the pants. It's a BIG pants."

Memory from 7th grade:

At the play ground, Wayne was sitting on top of the "Monkey Bar."

Wayne looked down. "AH!"

Two girls walked away in the speed of light.

Wayne: "Don't touch my butt!"

Memory from 9th Grade:

In a busy Hallway, where all the students got out of their class.

Wayne: "Who the H*LL just touch my a$$?!"

Memory from 10th Grade:

In a busy Hallway, the student got ouf the last class of the day.

Wayne turned around.

"If I ever catch you touching my butt, I will kill you. I will! Damn it!!"

Memory from College:

At Europhia, a coffee shop in Hillcrest, San Diego...

SmartMonkey and others were sitting at another table chatting.

Wayne, felt the need to join them... Jumped on top of his table in order to move to the other side.

Then, all of the sudden, the table broke in half.

Wayne landed on the ground, looked back in shock.

"THE TABLE!"

Danni laughed out loud.

Everyone else laughed with him.

"Damn, You broke the table with your Fat A$$!"

***********************************
And the thing is, my butt isn't that big.

The Other Experience

Thinking back, there is one other time where I had a cast on me. It was during the 6th grade, when I was still in my tender innocent young body. Ahem, I know, it's gross, but I was really innocent back then.

P.E. aka Physical Education class has never been one of my favorite course in school. I was never a physically fit person. I have always been the last person to be picked on the Basket ball team. Not jus that, even on football, I had to settle for the role of "Water Boy." (Brag Time: I was the 5th to the last to be picked on the Soccer Team though. They were surprised how hard I can *Kick* --- without the heels, of course)

Finally, one day, instead of doing any of the sports, the instructor was showing us how to 'flip' over the pull-up bar. (Like what the gymnasts do) First, we swing, and then swing some more, and then snap-pop, we lift our legs up and swing it over the bar, press our tummy firmly against the bar, and let momentum carry our body over the bar. The weird thing is, most of the girls in the class were able to do it, but only ONE person in the Boys team could do it. Because we will be graded on this... We had to master this move.

During the lunch time, I went to the pull-up bars, and start practicing. While on my first try, I noticed a girl from my P.E. class was near. She was looking at me.

I looked back.

She was watching me.

She must be wondering if I could do the flip or not.

The Asian Pride and my self-esteem kicked in. I increased my speed... and swing as hard as I could.

All of the sudden, my sweaty palm betrayed me... At that instant, my body flew away from the bar... Away from the plastic padding on the ground...

My left arm landed on the ground before the rest of my body.

The girl ran toward me..."Wayne!? What were you doing?!"

Follow by other kids at the playground, they came surrounded me.

"Are you okay? Are you okay?"

My body was in pain. I couldn't speak at the time. All I knew was that my body was trembling.

"Uh.... Uh..." was the only sound I could make out of my lips.

Then the nurse came with two other instructors... She placed some plastic stuff around my wrist, while the others lift me up to the ground. The nurse than placed my broken watch in my pocket.

"Come on; let's get you back to the office."

And the end of the day, I fractured my left wrist. My parents didn't know what to say. They could only shake their heads and told me..."Don't show off next time."

The next day, returning to the class, everyone pretended that nothing happened. But behind my back, they were talking about how I was showing off to the girl, and ended up with a broken wrist.

Damn it. I wasn't even into her.

The Color Yellow

I have a thing for public restroom. That is, I would avoid using them unless necessary.

Especially at a public place, like the Train Station or at the Air Ports. Just imagine the international Pees and Poos that goes in and out of the toilet/urinal, is already enough to send chills up my anus.

The Long Island Rail Road - I took the train almost every day. It's my main transportation to the city. And, they too, have restrooms on the train.

In 2 years, I have never used the restroom on the train. Mainly, because of the horror things that I have seen flooding out of the restroom door. And the disgusting aroma that haunts the passengers who sat within the range.

Sometimes, I just don't understand why would people want to make a mess in the public restroom?

**********

Two weeks ago... I drank too much tea at work, that on my way back, I really had the urge to pee.

I tried to hold it until I get home... But it was too intense for me to handle.

Cold sweat started to flood my neck... My body was shaking... My knees weak... And my lower tummy area felt it was going to explode at anytime.

Without any choices, I stood up and walk toward the restroom.

The restroom was probably filled with sh*t, I thought. Maggots and Flies all over the place... And the floor was probably sticky from ancient Pee and other unknown substances.

By the time I reached the restroom, I was so scared to open the door.
I held my breath, and prepared not to inhale as much as Poo-Air as possible.

Summoned up all my courage, I reached forward, grabbed the door handle, and PULL...

And... I saw...

A very clean restroom.

It was so clean, that the metal walls reflect my image as if they mirrors.
I must have got really lucky. That the train was fresh-out of the service yard... Where they have already cleaned the train before sending it to the station.

So, I proceed to do my business.

I was expecting the release of my toxin would make me feel 'alive.'
But the thrill was totally taken by Clean Restroom surprise. So, I didn't felt anything. (Still in the shock of the cleanness)

During my de-Toxic process, the train suddenly became very 'shaky.'

I almost lost my balance.

Must have been a rough track.

A VERY rough track, it had to be. Because the entire train was bumping up and down.

I tired my best, to maintain my balance, so I won't fall into the toilet.

Yet, I couldn't stop my de-toxin process, because if I did, I would have pissed on my pants.

Once the mini-artificial waterfall started to flow, you've got to let it flow until the end of a complete cycle.

The entire train was shaking.

It was so bumpy, I almost slammed against the wall.

Reaching out both of my arms, I balanced my body, just enough to ensure that I was still standing, and still aiming at the toilet.

But I guess I wasn't as good as I thought.

The bumpy track was so bumpy, that I ended up being bumped.

Finally, the train came to a nice smooth section on the track. As if, an earthquake had stopped.

The settle sounds of the moving train resumed its chords.

And I resumed my balance.

I didn't even realize that during that chaotic period, I've finished peeing.

Looking down, I found that I didn't pee on my pants. So, that was good news.

But... soon, I saw the scenery in front of me...

The metallic toilet was covered, in pee.

My Pee, to be specific.

Along with the cover, the edge, and some of the wall in the back.

All marked by my pee.

I looked around for toilet papers.

There were none.

All I can found, was a roll of wet-towels for hands.

I felt bad, I felt really bad for creating such a mess in the restroom.

But there weren't enough resources for me to use to clean the place.

Then, the room started to stink...

And I didn't want anyone to know that I generated those pees.

So...

I walked out of the restroom, with a SMILE on my face. Pretended that nothing happened.

I went back to my seat, grabbed my bag, and ran into another cabin.

So She Screamed

As planned, after work, I would head to Chinatown, to get the DVDs that I have wanted to get last week. And before that, I actually had to meet my 6:00Pm appointment, of getting tested. (Not that I have no faith in Paw or anything, but it has pretty much become my 3-6 months routine. Since the testing is free, I got nothing to loose.)

I got off work a bit early, considered that it had been a very slow day. Carrying my trusty Duane Reade bag (with my suit pants and shirt - I changed into a more casual look), I walked toward the [4] & [5] subway entrance.

That's the way to Chinatown, from work. I have to take either the [4] or the [5] train, and then connect to the [6] at Brooklyn Bridge.

The weather was amazing. Not too hot, and not too cold. It was just the right temperature for a nice walk in the city. In a dazzling looking new blue Old Navy shirt, and my navy blue Old Navy jeans, I walked down the stairs with ease. Just me and my bags.

Automatically, I pull out of my metro card and slide it though the card-reader.

GO

I walked though the passage, and started to look for eye candies that will keep my mind busy, while waiting for the arrival of the train.

None

But I didn't have to wait too long, before the [5] train opened its doors for me.

It wasn't as crowded as I expect it to bed. Consider that it was after-work rush hour. However, that quickly changed as more people came into the train with every stop.

"Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall"

That's my stop! For some reason, people didn't seem to let me out of the train before they rush though the door.

Me and My bags, we were up chest-to-chest against the incoming traffic. There were a lot of people...

"Excuse me. I need to get off at this station."

"Excuse me."

I brushed against someone.

"Excuse me."

I pushed against someone.

"Excuse me!"

I had to grab and pull onto my bag out of the many butts in the train.

Just was I was close to the exit, I felt a sudden push behind me.

The push helped me out of the train just as the door shut tight behind my back.

Then, I heard a woman screaming.

"OH MY GOD!!!"

I looked up, and saw a woman in her early 40's, came running toward me. Behind her, a man was following her.

Then I felt a sharp pain on my left knee... I looked down, just to find that my entire left leg in the gap between the train and the platform. Upon instinct, I used both of my arms to pull my body back... Pulling my leg out of the gap...

"STOP STOP! STOP!!!" The man behind the woman yelled, as he banged his fist on the windows of the train.

Just as I got my left leg out of the gap, I felt the grip of the woman on my right shoulder.

She too, was pulling me.

I turned to her...."Thank you... Thank you very much..."

The Lady: "Are you okay?"

"I... I think so...."

DING.

I turned my head back at the train... People were watching me.

I looked back.

Then the door closed.... And the train went on its way.

Still sitting on my A$$, I reached for my right foot. The one that didn't fell into the gap... Instead, as my left leg was falling into the gap, my body was landing on my right foot. I ended up sitting on my right foot while my left was dangling in the darkness below.

After a brief numbness, a sharp pain rushed though from the bottom of my right foot to my thigh.

I couldn't move my right foot.

I moaned.

The Lady: "Are you hurt? Are you okay?"

"A little bit, I think... My foot..."

As I was lowering my sock, to see if there were any damages to my foot.... I noticed that the people who stopped to watch the incident, started to walk away. (Including the lady)

I rolled my pants up, to check on my left leg... And I saw some red marks (not blood) on the inner thigh. Bruises, I'd expect them to show up on the next day.

My right foot didn't feel well at all. I couldn't stand up... I had to drag myself to the nearest wood bench, and pulled myself onto the seat.

I was breathing heavily. Tried to recover and recall what happened.

Then I look at my watch..."5:15".... I waited for a little bit, before the [6] train arrived at the opposite side of the platform.

Slowly, I baby-stepped myself into the train and sat myself on the seat.

Ouch.

I have never twisted my foot THIS bad.

Then the next stop arrived.

I slowly, walked out of the train and mini-stepped my way up the stair.

Then, that was when I realized that I got out too early. I should have gotten out at the NEXT stop.

Oh well, I didn't want to be late. So I slowly walked though the street fair at Little Italy, and asked for directions.

I had to shift my weight to the left side of my body, because whenever I apply force on my right foot, the pain sent me screaming.

Finally, after a couple of blocks, I made my way to the APICHA office. Slowly, I dragged my body to the front desk.

"I'm here for testing."

"Have a seat."

I sat down, and waited for the counselor.

"Hi... OH MY GOSH, what HAPPENED TO YOU?" The counselor said to me, as she saw me walking to the water fountain.

I described what happened...

"You need to get you foot treated fast."

"Let's take the test first. Then I'll look for some Chinese herbalist around the corner."

"Okay."

Since it was not the first time I visited the clique, the entire process was fast.

"Elevated your foot" She pulled a chair to me.

After the nurse drew blood from my arm, I waited 20 minutes out in the main lobby. (For the rapid test, 20 minutes is the required time for the result to show.) Then I got my result, I thanked the counselor, and said my good byes.

With the speed slower than a Grandma, I drag myself toward the Record Store (6 blocks away)... After all, it was my main purpose of coming to Chinatown that day. I need to get the DVDs.

Half way, I thought of calling for some assistance. Since, after I got the DVDs, it would cost too much to take Taxi to the Penn Station. Plus, doing down the stairs at Penn Station would be a nightmare for my foot.

I'll call Paw, I thought. By the time he arrived at Chinatown, I should have already gotten the DVDs.

I called..... Answering machine.

Then I called Again..... Answering Machine.

And again.... Answering Machine...

"Hi Paw, this is Wayne, uh, call me back when you got this message. I need your help."

I thought of the Love Birds... But since they were on a date... I decided not to disturb them.

So, I continued my journey to the Record Store.

Before crossing the street, I got a missed call from the every-sounded-so-sexy Sushil.

I called back, and shared my drama with him.

Isn't it amazing, that sometimes, people would call at the right time, the right moment. As if, they knew something had happened to me. (SUSHIL!! MUAH MUAH MUAH!!!)

I walked in, everyone were peeking at me, because of the way I limp my body though the racks of CDs. Then I got the DVDs... Paid for them at the front counter... And limped out of the front door...

And that was it. My motivation for walking has been accomplished. I leaned my body against the wall.... And picked up the phone.

Fanny? Nah... I shouldn't trouble him.

Then I decided to ruin the Love Bird’s date.

"Hello"

"It's your Brother."

"HI Wayne."

"What are you doing?"

"Nothing. Just hanging out with him."

"Oh, uh, I need help."

"What happened?!"

"I fell in gap between the train and the platform."

"Are you okay?"

"Uh, I think I need to go to the Hospital, at least, get an X-ray taken. I injured my right foot pretty bad."

"Where are you right now?"

"Chinatown."

"Chinatown?! Where in Chinatown?" (She sounded surprised. Because usually at this hour, I'd be home already)

"Between the Record Store and the Chinese Herb store."

"Wait there, don't go any where, we'll be right there!!"

After 35 minutes (they were in Uptown), they came, and took me to the NYU Downtown Hospital Emergency Room. I was so afraid to tell them the truth, that I got injured 2 hours ago, because I didn't want them to know that I was getting the blood test. So, I lied.

Male Love Bird: "And walked an hour from Spring Street to the Record Store? Are you crazy? You should have stayed at the station, and wait for help!!"

I nodded my head.

"And call us immediately! You shouldn't have waited!"

I nodded.

It took me another 40 minutes, to fill out forms, my insurance stuff, and paid the ER fee before I finally got the X-ray done on my right foot, and then was later treated by the nicest Doctor ever.

The Doctor: "You broke your ankle."

The Male Love Bird and I jumped. "WHAT?!"

***************************

So, here I am, sitting at home, with a nicely splinted foot elevated on top of a box, and my crutches on my side.

First came the flu, now this. I have used more sick days than everyone else in the department.

*sigh* I can't wait to get my cast tomorrow.

***************************
Lesson Learned:

1) Don't move, Stay at where the injury happened. Call and wait for help.
2) Should have gotten down the names and contact info from the witnesses.
3) Fill out a Police Report. Just in case you want to sue the city.

Fetish

I stood out side of the entrance, waiting.

There were lots of people coming and going on the sidewalk.

HOT people, I mean.

After I came back from blanking out, I over heard a brief conversation.

I turned my head, and saw a gorgeous looking man, with short dark brown hair, green eyes, in a light blue Old Navy ring-T Shirt, and jeans. In his right hand, he held a Snickers bar.

A girl, with long blonde hair, seemed to have walked by him, but stopped after a couple step.

She was looking at him.

Girl: "Oh, I like to smell people."

She smirked.

Guy: "Oh really. So, do you like mine?"

She continued before he finished his sentence.

Girl: "Everyone carries different scent. They are individualized and unique. And, uh, No."

Then she walked though the entrance.

Wayne: (Hoolly SH*T, I LIKE I LIKE I LIKE!)

The guy, turned back, leaned his back against the wall, and continued to eat his Snickers bar.

I, on the other hand, turned my back facing him, wondered why the girl didn't like his smell. I mean, if you do it in the pool, you couldn't tell the difference, right?

Awe (Updated)

Wow, 33 comments... Thank you guys so much, for the Get Well Soon messages. I have been feeling a *lot* better now.

Ahhhhhh... I feel love I feel love I feel Looooooooooovvveeeeeeee....

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh..... feels so good feels so good feels so goooooooooooooooddd~~~

It all started on Tuesday, I woke up with a headache. Then, toward the end of the day, my body was telling me, that I better get my ass home and stay in bed, or else, I'd be in deep sh*t. Well, I didn't get home until 11:45PM. (Had lots of things to do) - That night, I had fever... Had to call in sick on Wednesday, and Thursday.... AND Friday. Aside from multiple fevers (Tue-Thurs), Body-aches, Sore muscle and back pain, I've also got nasty Fever Blisters (Cold Sores) around my lips.

I was pretty much in pain until Saturday, when I started to PEE lots and lots. (Been drinking a LOT of water, but nothing really came out... I did sweat a lot though)

Sorry, that I haven't been able to update my blog, or read blogs... I just didn't have the energy to sit in front of a computer. I spent most of my sick-days sitting in bed, sleeping. Once in a while, I'd get up to eat something, listen to music, then head right back to bed.

It was the most nastiest bad A$$ FLU I've ever had.

But I'm back, well, in a way, still sick, but feeling so much better... Well, here it is... THE ULTIMATE DANCE VIDEO!!! And coming soon, the new Comic Strip. :)

Miss you all!!

Lots of Thanks and Hugs,

Wayne

Never mind. Throw it away. Its broken anyway.

(Some part of this story has been altered, because, who knows, maybe YOU are reading it.)

***

Though the rain, I walked toward East on 42nd Street.

"Okay. I'm heading there."

I spoke to my cell phone.

"I'm stuck on the Express way. It's raining really hard. Go find place and hang out. Don't stand in the rain. I will call you when I'm near."

"Alright."

I folded my cell phone and place it in my pocket.

7:54PM - We are supposed to meet at 8:00PM, but due to the rain, I waited inside of Starbucks coffee until 8:35 PM, where he called again.

"Okay. I'm here."

"On my way."

"Okay."

"Wait, how am I going to recognize you?"

"Don't worry. I know how you look."

"Oh. Well, black pants, blue strip shirt."

"I'm at the corner right now."

Still on the phone with Normie (it's a fake name), I walked out of the Starbucks and headed to the corner.

The rain stopped. This was a good thing. I couldn't possibly held my cell phone with one hand, and both Macchiato and the umbrella with the other.

"White shirt, jeans, waving."

"I see you. See me? I'm crossing the lights right now. With that police car behind me."

"Yes Yes. I see you."

We finally met, shook hands, and he asked me to get in his car.

Normie, in his 40's, looked nervously at me.

"So, uh, are you disappointed?"

"Disappointed about what?" I asked.

He looked me up and down, and finally said..."You are exactly how you look in the picture."

"Then who else would be in the picture?" I look at him, funny.

"Well, okay, let's talk, let's talk."

I took a sip of my coffee, and said in a calm voice, "Didn't you have some questions that you want to know? I'm here to help."

On Tuesday, I received an email from a man who, claimed to be Bisexual. Or rather, just got out of a marriage with a woman. He questioned his sexuality and needed someone who he can speak to, to be open to. Someone who is willing to help him.

The thing is, I have no idea how he got my email address (Despite the fact that I'm all over the internet). And, why me?

But for some reason, I agreed to meet him. Maybe I wanted to help. Because, it took me a long way to feel comfortable with my own sexuality (What? I'm GAY? Heck YEAH!) - for someone who was married for years, battling the feeling of homosexuality, and struggling to find his own identity... It must have been really hard. Really really hard.

"I'm not hungry. Let's just chat here." I said.

I looked at him while he told me about how he has always been thinking about men. Even though he still have sexual feeling towards women. Confused and scared.

"Why don't you go to some gay bars and clubs, just to check thing out?"

"No. I will never do that. At least, not in New York."

"Fear of someone will recognize you?"

He didn't answer.

But I know exactly how he felt. It took me while to feel comfortable to stand in public under a Rainbow flag.

"Who ever bump into you at the bar, pretty much is gay or just very open minded."

"But still..."

"I maybe sound naive to say this, but we don't just accept who we are over night. At least, for me, it took me years. And, for those people who have been though the period of self-realization and understand... Know how difficult it can be. And we, respect each other. If I see someone I recognize from work, I'd go say 'Hi' - but less likely I will announce to the world that my fellow co-worker is gay. I don't see what purpose that would serve. In the community, being the minority in the society, we respect each other a lot."

He didn't answer.

"Or you can go online. There are chat rooms that you go, and talk with people. I think all you need, is to know more gay or bisexuals."

Then I went on, to tell him how relieved I felt, when I first attended the LGBTA (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Association) on campus.

"I realized, that I'm not the only one. I'm not "DIFFERENT" in any way. There are people who are just like me."

Normie, turned his head a little.

"So, it was like that you wake up, and you know you are gay."

"No. Of course not. After being involved in the group, there's NOT one day, I would thought myself of being 'GAY'. It's about living, and it was part of my life. I attended the meetings and was involved in the events for 4 years... They are just like every day activities. I don't do certain things to BE gay. We are not doing any of the events to BE gay. It was part of my life, and experience of growing up, of being me. My life."

Normie seemed confused.

"You are looking at homosexually as something, or some sort of characteristics. You can't just 'BECOME' gay. People just don't 'become' gay over night. When I was young, I have always been attracted to people of same sex. I just didn't know how to call it. I learned the word "GAY" when I was 16. Did I try to 'become' gay? No. I am gay, right from the moment I was born."

Normie asked if I ever find women attractive.

"Yes, of course. There are many gorgeous women out there. They are pretty, yes, but I'm not sexually aroused by them. I was, never, and never had any interests in having sex with a woman."

Normie then told me that he is sexually attracted to women, and have been thinking about men for a very long time.

"So, what's the problem with that? There's nothing wrong of being Bisexual. If you like girls, go for it. If you like guys, go for it. No one is here to tell you what you have to be. It's your life, and do whatever you need to make it worth living. Why would you let other people telling you how to live your own life? - But remember to play safe."

"I want that experience. I really want to do it."

"If you want something. You've got to reach out and get it. You will not get anything by locking yourself up behind doors."

He leaned back to the chair. Let out a little sigh.

"You know what I really want to do?"

"What?"

"Let's go back to my place."

"Why?"

Normie, looked at me in the eyes... "I want you to help me."

"Help what?"

"Help me with that experience."

"What experience?"

"I want to do it with you."

"It? You want to have SEX with ME?!"

"No, not sex. No intercourse or anything. Just touching, feeling... Being naked."

"And how is that going to help you?!"

"After I have done it with a guy, I will know what I am."

I shook my head. "Oh, believe me. It's not that easy. You will want more."

"If I done it, I will know if I'm interested in men or not."

"You have been THINKING about it for almost your entire life time. 'Thinking' is having an 'Interest,' don't you get it?" I was running out of breath.

"So, come on, what do you say?"

"No."

"Why not? We'll do it in front of nice fire place, I'll place soft music...and..."

"Apparently, you and I came to this meeting with different intention." I cut him off.

He didn't say anything.

"I came, to offer you my advice, as someone, who you can talk about your concerns that you cannot discuss with your family. You, on the other hand, expect this 'help' to come from sexual experience. I'm sorry, but it takes more than just physical experience to really identify your sexuality."

"It will be very good."

"There are emotion involved. Attraction comes in different forms. I can be attracted to a woman, because of her looks, personality, or just the over all package. Sometimes, a woman will totally make me want to kiss her on the cheek. But, emotionally, that doesn't lead me to physically wanting her in the more intimate way. There are different levels..."

"I can picture myself rubbing my hands all over your body..."

"Listen, I'm not done yet."

"I like your body...."

"I gained 5 lbs, damn it. But here is the deal. You should have addressed what exactly you are seeking when we first exchange email. You didn't even write anything much over the email."

"I know. Sorry."

"You should have made it clear, that you are curious, and looking for your first sexual whatever experience with a man."

"I know, but you have been really helpful. I learned so much in the last 15 minutes, that I had never thought in the last 20 years."

"I'm sorry, but I cannot help you with that experience you are looking for."

"Please help me..."

"I have a boyfriend you know."

"Come on you didn't tell me?"

"Did you tell me that you are looking for sex in the email? No. You didn't. You said you needed help. You needed someone to talk to."

"I..."

"Life is like two way streets. You need to make both sides agree in the direction that will promote smooth traffic flow. You need to make your motive clear, in order to find someone who will agree upon your intention."

"I'm sorry."

"It takes two to tango. I'm sure there are many other men out there, who are into curious man, or even, curious themselves. You guys can go and explore all you want."

"You are right... How about, you and you boyfriend, both come to my place and..."

"You crazy?! That's never going to happen."

"Sorry."

I took a deep breath, the said..."Anything else?"

"Let me drive you home."

"No. Thank you. I got my monthly pass."

"You came to help me, I want to something back in appreciation."

"Play safe. Use condom whenever you go on your little exploration trip."

Then I started to give him lectures on HIV and Safe Sex.

"Now I'm scared. I don't think I'll do it with a man." He said.

"You told me you had sex with a woman two weeks ago."

"Right."

"Where you met her?"

"At the club."

"And she's HIV negative, STD Free?"

He got quiet.

"It's not just a 'gay' thing you know. It can happen to anyone. Straight, Gay, Bi... Anyone."

Then I continue my lecture on Safe Sex and HIV testing, and other resources that are available.

"You know, this didn't end up being what I expected. You are like, sent from God... I really thank you for all this."

"Don't flatter me. I'm just finishing up what I came for."

I grabbed my bag.

"Anything else that I can help you with?"

He extended his hand to shake my hand.

"Thank you."

"No problem."

"So, are you clean?" He said.

"None of your beeswax."

I opened the door and walked out.

Half way down the street, I realized that I have left my umbrella in his car.

I called his cell phone... But the answering machine picked up. After a brief message, it beeped.

I said...

"Hi, it's Wayne. You know, I left my umbrella in your car... So if you are still in the city..."

Then I thought about it a little...

"Never mind. Throw it away. It's broken anyway."

Wednesday

While I'm still working on the Art Piece for cutie EVILL, and put Hot Toddy on the #2 spot, and continuing accepting requests (Naked, Red Thongs, Choreographed, etc) for the ULTIMATE DANCE VIDEO (in Production)... I've decided to write something about Wednesday.

Yes. Wednesday as in, Yesterday.

At my desk, I'd usually listen to the mp3s that I burnt on the CD though the player in my system.

DD came at the same time Lil' Kim did her "Jump Off"

DD: "Wayne."

Wayne: "Yes!"

Then DD started to ask me if I downloaded the filmes and stuff.

Wayne: "Not yet."

DD: "Oh, okay."

Wayne: "I'll do that later this afternoon..."

Lil' Kim: "I rep for b*tches he rep for boys ..."

Wayne: "I'm running report for Quack Quack."

DD: "No Rush. But..."

Lil' Kim: "If you rep for your hood then make some noise..."

DD seemed distracted.

Lil Kim: "I got my eye on the guy in the Woolrich coat..."

DD: "It'd be great if..."

Lil' Kim: "Queen Bee got the ill deep throat?"

Wayne: "I know. Before the end of this week."

Lil' Kim: "Uh! Let me show you what I'm all about..."

DD: "Right."

Wayne: "I will..."

Lil' Kim: Make a Sprite can disappear in my mouth....HO!!!!

Wayne: "Do it tonight."

DD: "Oh, you don't have to. You can do it tomorrow morning."

Wayne: "Well..."

Lil' Kim: "Bet it all playa f*ck the price..."

Wayne: "If you..."

Lil' Kim: "throw it out like rice..."

Wayne: "Put it that way."

DD: "Thanks Wayne.

Wayne: "Oh.."

Lil' Kim: "Rub on my tits, squeeze on my ass..."

Wayne: "No problem."

DD, turned his head away, and walked out of the room.

Something seemed to be troubling him.

I wonder what it was...

Time: Morning
Location: The Kitchen/Snack Room @ Work
Casts: Wayne, Sean, and special cameo by the sectary of another department.

Wayne: "Good Morning."

Sean: "Hey, Good Morning."

Wayne: "How was your weekend?"

Sean: "Great. I went upstate with my family."

Wayne: "That's nice."

Sean: "And wet too fast."

Wayne: "That's why I'm here. Caffeine. I need lots of it."

Sean took his cup off the automatic coffee brewer and went to the fridge.

Wayne placed his mug on the brewer.

Wayne: "Hmmm... Hazel Nut."

Sean, who stood in front of the open fridge.

"Where's my homo milk?"

Wayne woke up suddenly...."HOMO Milk?!"

Sean: "Homogenized milk. Why, what were you thinking?"

Wayne: "Milk extracted from gay cows."

Sean: "They will have to be lesbian cows. Remember, milk comes from female cows."

Wayne: "Oh wow. I'd like to see some Lesbian cows."

Then, the sectary from another department walked into the kitchen, got her a cup of water, then walked out.

Sean: "You must have been a good boy. Your wish got granted instantly."

Wayne: "Ack. That's not nice!! Besides, her milk would be poisonous."

Sean: "Yuck. Don't give me any ideas."

The Stuff

A couple of days ago my parents were listening to a radio program about homosexuality on the African subcontinent. They were a little fascinated by the topic, so they began explaining my friend Leroy about it, and he began yelling:

"No kidding?!.. Whoa! Don't tell me you're into the African subcontinent too!"

But then when my parents got to the part about the homosexuality, Leroy subsided and began sobbing. And then the next day, Leroy's brother told me that the reason Leroy was so freaked out was because he was watching about homosexuality on TV. Sometimes Leroy can be really difficult to handle like that, but he should know better...
